A SMART STAY, NOT A TRADITIONAL HOTEL

Number Nine is a smart hotel. There is no reception desk, no queue, and no waiting for keys: your whole stay runs from your phone, and real people are always a message away. Here is how it works:

• Book online: pick your dates, book in minutes, then complete a two-minute pre-check-in on your phone before you arrive.
• Let yourself in: from 3:00 PM on arrival day your personal door codes are released automatically to your digital guidebook and your Apple or Google Wallet stay pass. Tap in the code and you are home.
• Everything in your guidebook: Wi-Fi, house tips, door codes, and our honest local guide to Waterford's best food, pubs, and sights, all in one link.
• Stocked for your whole stay: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels and linens are all provided from day one. There is no daily housekeeping during your stay, so your room stays completely yours; if you run low on anything, just message us.
• Help whenever you want it: message us on the website chat or WhatsApp at any hour and you will have an answer in moments, day or night.
• Check out from your phone: when you are ready to go (by noon), one tap in the guidebook and you are done. No queue at a desk, no key to return.

The result is a calmer, more private stay: the independence of your own front door with the comfort and polish of a hotel.
