Check-in is keyless and self-service: access details are emailed before arrival, with no front desk. - Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Strictly non-smoking (including vapes). We are unable to accommodate pets. - No on-site breakfast, but excellent cafes and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. - Parking: a large public pay car park is directly across the street on Merchants Quay (not managed by the hotel). - Booking: direct only, in advance (no walk-ins), with no third-party fees and the best available rate.
